Barrio Builders wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

Our target

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means:

• Everything is operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text meets contrast requirements, and you can zoom to 200% without losing content.
• Forms have clear labels, and errors are announced and explained.
• Animation is minimal and is turned off when your device requests reduced motion.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive tech.

How we test

We test with keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader (VoiceOver), and automated tooling during development, and again before we publish changes.
