How a Barrio Builders project works.
Every project is different, but the path is the same. Here’s what to expect from the first call to the warranty.
Reach out
Fill out the estimate form or call. If you can send photos and the property address, we can move faster.
Scope
For most jobs we come look; for simple ones a video call works. We measure, we ask questions, and we figure out what the job actually needs — not what sells best.
Written estimate
You get a line-item estimate, usually within a day or two of the visit. Material options are priced separately so you can see the tradeoffs.
Contract and schedule
Once you approve, we set a start date, a working timeline, and tell you who your point of contact is. A deposit holds the date.
Permits and prep
We pull the permits and schedule inspections. For HOA or commercial design review, we handle the submittal.
Build
You get a weekly update — what got done, what's next, anything that changed. We flag problems when we find them, not at the end.
Walkthrough and punch list
We walk it with you, list anything that needs fixing, and fix it.
Closeout
Final invoice, workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties, and any documents you need for your records or your lease.
